KeiSeiKit — open-source agent runtime.

A published collection of Rust crates, agent manifests, hooks, and skills that the lab uses as the foundation for its own Claude Code and Codex workflows. Open source — anyone can pick it up.

What it is

KeiSeiKit is the engineering side of the lab's agent stack, made public. Rust crates for the runtime primitives, agent manifests for how agents are described, hooks for guard-rails and policy enforcement, and skills as composable capability units.

Why open

The lab uses these crates every day. Keeping them public means the same code that powers the lab's workflows is auditable, forkable, and improvable by anyone — a moat built on adoption rather than secrecy.
